With the free Contacts Freshener iPhone application, you can keep a list of people or items and how many days since you last "contacted" them.
Every 24 hours and per item, the "Days Since" automatically increments by one for you!
It even sorts the list by how many days since you last contacted them! So, those you need to attend to next are right on top!
